The Strawberry Story

The organic u-pick strawberry patch at Radical Root Farm is a collaboration between two families, the Parker-Needham family of Radical Root Organic Farm, and the McCormick family, organic microfarmers and longtime family friends.  Both families care deeply about the earth, what we eat, and what we feed both of our sets of young children.  Both families love fruit, ecological farming, and u-picks, and wanted to do something that made organic fruit available to the community.  Hope you get this visit us this summer!

Strawberries will be weather-dependent and ripe-dependent.  Every morning in June we will update both our  Strawberry U-pick's Facebook Page and our Strawberry hotline at 779-400-5852.  Please check one of those places before you come out to see if we are open!
